I don’t speak Japanese, but I sure do wish I did, because the guy breaking down this ultra exciting Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation international TV spot makes it sound like it’s the greatest thing ever. I love it! It even gives the spot a screwball comedy type of vibe. And is it just me, or does anyone else laugh whenever they see Tom Cruise holding on for dear life on the outside of that plane? I crack up every freaking time. Turns out the stunt is not done in front of a green screen, nor are they using a stunt double. Cruise was actually holding on to an actual flying plane. In other words, that stunt is real.
Ethan and team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate – an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF.
Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation is directed by Christopher McQuarrie (The Usual Suspects), and stars Tom Cruise (Edge of Tomorrow), Jeremy Renner (Avengers: Age of Ultron), Simon Pegg (Shaun of the Dead), Alec Baldwin (The Departed) and Rebecca Ferguson
