Here is the first trailer for A Walk Among the Tombstones starring everyone’s favorite action star from Taken, Liam Neeson. This movie does look fun and I am loving the fact that it is based of a best selling series. I can not wait for it to hit theaters. I know what you are thinking and I was too, this is another form of Taken because Neeson totally kicked ass in that film series and he has been type casted into these roles, but I think this is really going to be much better that Taken. A Walk Among the Tombstones hits theaters September 19th. It is directed by Scott Frank and stars Liam Neeson, Dan Stevens, David Harbour and Boyd Holbrook.
Plot Synopsis: Based on Lawrence Block’s bestselling series of mystery novels, A Walk among the Tombstones stars Liam Neeson as Matt Scudder, an ex-NYPD cop who now works as an unlicensed private investigator operating just outside the law. When Scudder reluctantly agrees to help a heroin trafficker (Dan Stevens) hunt down the men who kidnapped and then brutally murdered his wife, the PI learns that this is not the first time these men have committed this sort of twisted crime…nor will it be the last. Blurring the lines between right and wrong, Scudder races to track the deviants through the backstreets of New York City before they kill again.
