Yes, I said it. The trailer for BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE was nice, but it wasn’t anything to write home about. I know DC fans want to believe, but you need more people, guys. SUICIDE SQUAD on the other hand? Wooooo-hoooo! I’m here for all of it. There’s a backstory, there’s emotion, and there’s angst, and betrayal, and all that really awesome shit, and then there’s Jared Leto as The Joker for the climax. I’m an avowed Marvel and Image Comics fangirl, but I now want to know everything about the Suicide Squad.
Here’s the official trailer that Warner Bros. just dropped, so now you don’t have to fuck your eyes up straining to see those bootleg trailers from Hall H.
Suicide Squad stars Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, Jai Courtney, Joel Kinnaman, Cara Delevingne, Viola Davis, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Adam Beach, Jay Hernandez, and Karen Fukahara. Look for it in theaters next August.
