AMC’s The Walking Dead rules! At least on all of the West Coast and the Southwest states if you believe this new infographic from the folks over at Movoto. When stacked up against The Blacklist, NCIS, Person of Interest, and Big Bang Theory, the undead adventures of Rick Grimes, Michonne, and Daryl Dixon (among others) slayed. Check it out:
We researched the number of Facebook users in each state who have Liked, with a capital L, each of the most popular shows on today.
In choosing these shows, we went with the top 10 network shows for 2013 by viewership numbers, the top basic cable show (“The Walking Dead”), and the top premium show (“Game Of Thrones”).
It’s interesting, but not surprising, that NCIS is more popular with many red states. It’s not a bad show, but it does have a lot to do with the military.
